It has just enough space to record daily entries. If you need more space, there is room in the back, which is nice for vacations or meeting notes. I regret now for not writing something down in the days that I missed. Even if it was a quiet day. I have recommended this to others, who have started their own Journal 10+ and have thanked me for getting them started.

I think it is amazing you can put 10 years into ONE book. I bought several for gifts. This kind of a book is a treasure piece. Thank you for making it.

It has been helpful to remember when a certain event had taken place for warrenty reference, to just remembering good times 9 years ago. There is a place for medical treatment recording...tetanus shot was when? When did he have a medicine change? Great place for about everything!

I love goals & challenges...& meeting them! It helps me pay attention to important issues on a daily basis. It helps me live my life step by step, focused on the here & now. I love it!
