The three pictures that i chose were etched on the panel exactly the way i've requested. If you have a questions or concern, you could contact the company directly thru email. They in turn will either email or contact you by phone. They did a truely impeccable job!! i would purchase another one in the near future. Only waiting for the perfect picture!
